I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Certified Canadian Counselor with 18 years of experience working with adults, children and families. My passion is to help clients gain understanding and mastery over anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, relationship conflicts, parenting issues and burnout. On a more personal note, I am a mother of two, wife, avid swimmer and lover of all things water. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time outside, gardening, watching a show or audio-reading a good mystery novel (albeit slowly).
