I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over five years of experiencing working with youth through both psychiatric nursing and counselling. I use a holistic approach that considers different biological, psychological, and social aspects, as well as, cultural backgrounds as underlying factors. I also currently support children & youth 4-18 years with developmental disabilities, various medical and psychiatric illnesses or disorders. I recognize that children & youth can find healing through play & laughter, and I value creating a safe, respectful and authentic environment.
