With a decade of experience as an educator in New Brunswick schools and a background as a motorcycle safety instructor, Crys has cultivated a calm, accessible communication style that resonates across diverse backgrounds and learning approaches. Crys’ practice is rooted in cultural humility and informed by their lived experience as a queer, nonbinary therapist. Drawing from trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based approaches, Crys supports people in reconnecting with their own inner clarity and wisdom.

We're a collective of cultural & trauma-informed counsellors across Canada. Our team of therapists offer compassionate, culturally aware care that meets you where you are to help you move towards healing and growth. We also offer a free counselling clinic every Monday and Wednesday and up to 25 free therapy sessions through the CCP. Counselling is also just one aspect of how we show up for our community; we also hold free live virtual community spaces and provide extended healing courses through our online library.
