Description
People come to therapy for many reasons, but at its core, it's about wanting to live a fuller, more meaningful life that aligns with their values. I help teens and young adults facing anxiety and depression build coping skills, deepen their self-understanding, and explore difficult emotions in a safe, supportive space. My approach is collaborative, culturally informed, and person-centered. I aim to create a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, safety, and authenticity - because real change starts with feeling truly seen and supported.
