I look forward to supporting your needs on the journey of discovery and healing. Life can bring a variety of challenges from the past to the present. For some people, these can be presented as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, anger and relationship/family conflict. My role and intention are to collaborate and address your needs to transform your life in a meaningful way.My practice is holistic, addressing the cognitive, emotional, physical, and spirit of the individuals in therapy. My focus is on family, couples and individuals.

We heal when we feel safe in the present, connected to our bodies and breath. Integrative Somatic Therapy Sessions are designed to support the body to feel grounded, so that you can open to your emotions, experiences, and memories to discover and express what is true to you.
