Description
I believe everything is figure-out-able—sometimes we just need help sorting through the hard parts. My approach isn’t about eliminating challenges but making them feel more manageable and aligned with the life you want. I value psychoeducation—when you understand what you're facing, you can start shifting your experience from the inside out. I specialize in couples therapy, using the Gottman Method, EFCT, and other evidence-based tools to rebuild connection and communication. I also support clients through divorce, blended families, intergenerational trauma, and major life or identity changes.
