Description
I believe healing begins when we feel deeply seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can reconnect with their inner wisdom, explore what matters most, and move toward a more empowered, meaningful, and authentic life. Together, we may uncover past patterns, challenge limiting narratives, and nurture self-compassion, clarity, and purpose. I’m honoured to walk alongside clients as they engage in healing, growth, and self-reclamation, and I hold deep respect for the courage it takes to do this work.
