I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, with 17 years of experience. My goal is to create a comfortable and safe environment where we'll work together to address your concerns and achieve your goals. Using a non-judgmental psycho-dynamic approach to understand you with your circumstances that led you to the current situation. I work to rebuild your own self-esteem, make you stronger and will give you the right instruments to face life and adversities. I am bilingual in English and Spanish.

McKernan building is a building of offices exclusive to therapists. It is comfortably design to have a pleasant experience. With two stories, each of them with waiting rooms and washrooms. You can find cold and hot water while waiting, or prepare a lovely herbal or regular tea. There is a free parking area right outside the building. It also has a security protocol so nobody other than clients can enter the building.
