My experience working as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in healthcare for almost 20 years, as well as my understanding of the interconnectedness between a healthy mind and a healthy body, led to the pursuit of a Diploma of Applied Psychology and Counselling.

I have had the privilege of connecting with many individuals and their families, and walking alongside them on their journeys to better health.
