Description

I have had much success in helping clients that struggle with self-esteem, shame, regret, painful relationships, betrayal, abuse and other life crises. I specialize in supporting adult survivors of Narcissistic Parenting and Narcissistic abuse survivors. I place  emphasis and importance on nurturing my relationships with clients and provide a warm, compassionate, respectful environment where there is acceptance and no judgement. I am trained in several modalities including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and others.

Summary

I specialize in supporting adult survivors of adverse childhood experiences and Narcissistic abuse survivors as well as suicide loss survivors. I provide  individual counselling in a wide variety of areas which include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, life crisis, abuse and grief. I am trained in several therapy modalities including EMDR Therapy, a therapy  for trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Transactional Analysis Therapy and many others.
