I tend to connect deeply with most people. I am driven to provide an extra focus to those that sacrifice for others, work in isolation, or cant seem to do "life" the way everyone else can. We connect through your story, I want to fully hear and understand what's currently troubling you, how you got here, what has and has not helped while applying or retooling coping mechanisms and building resiliency. I hope to bring you hope. I hope to offer you confidentiality, tools, understanding, empathy, and non-judgement in a comfortable space. Your story is important to me.
