I'm a Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT), Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), and Certified Music Therapist (MTA). I provide adults (ages 18+) with caring, creative, and confidential counselling therapy and music psychotherapy services in downtown Dartmouth, NS. I offer in-person and video appointments. I have over 12 years experience working in mental health. My education and clinical experience combine to make me an effective, compassionate, and creative therapist.
