Description
I assist a range of clients navigating challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship issues. My work with clients involves the development of skills in emotional awareness and regulation, self-compassion and mindfulness, empathy and emotional validation, or intra- and inter-personal conflict resolution. I meet all of my clients with unconditional positive regard, believing wholeheartedly in their inherent resilience.
