My hope is to be able to provide a supportive space that would allow me to get to know you, the life concerns you are facing and the goals that you have for therapy. While also focusing on assisting you to recognize and build your strengths and resiliency, we could, for example, identify and work through issues/concerns that feel overwhelming and/or keep you feeling "stuck". We could explore those that create problems in your relationships and communications with others and those that lead to poor life choices.

Summary
I approach therapy from a holistic perspective that considers mind-body interactions and the resulting information that these hold about our emotions, beliefs and spiritual expression. My personal and professional interests and beliefs have guided me towards building my knowledge and experience through the use of approaches that facilitate cognitive, emotional, physical and spiritual integration: EMDR Therapy, Somatic/Natural Processing EMDR, Family Systems, mindfulness based approaches, and Energy Psychology.
