Welcome to my practice. My therapeutic intention is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and known-to explore trust, healing and transformation through the basis of relationship. For over 15 years, I have helped people heal from complex, intergenerational trauma, childhood wounds, attachment and relational disruptions, anxiety, depression and other distressing experiences. I work from a holistic lens, collaboratively exploring history, family-of-origin, cultural, societal influences and other parts of your story to pinpoint areas needing attention, healing and care.

Andrea counsels from a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive lens and she helps to facilitate change through dialogue, psycho-education, the integration of current research in neuroscience, somatic based and body-centred therapies—including EMDR (eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy)- IFS, trauma-informed experiential exercises, AEDP, and emotional regulation and practical skill-building techniques.
