As a registered clinical counsellor based in Victoria, B.C., I provide in person and online clinical counselling services that help individuals navigate a variety of challenges they may experience as they go through life. I strive to provide gentle and compassionate care, empathy and a safe place to work through challenges, such as burn out, feelings of overwhelm, personal struggles, health challenges, symptoms of depression and/ or anxiety, chronic pain, emotional regulation and death and non death losses.
