Description
I am interested in supporting people who identify as highly sensitive or those struggling with anxiety, relationships, chronic pain, grief, loss & big changes (e.g., moving, break-ups, deaths, beginning or ending school or work). As a member of the LGBTQ2+ community, I'm interested in exploring identify development. I have been counselling for 12 years & know it takes courage to reach out for help. As C.S. Lewis says "You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending." Feel free to book a free 20 min consult to talk about how I might help.

Summary
If you are looking for a counsellor right now, you are likely feeling overwhelmed or discouraged. If you could've fixed things already by yourself you would have. The truth is that we all have times when we need the support of others. It's my intention to be a partner in your healing. I know the importance of being heard and understood instead of being fixed, advised, or judged. Counselling is more than a place to vent, it is a space to co-create change. I know from experience the struggles you are experiencing hold a gift within them.
