Description
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Upon my graduate studies, I completed various trauma specific trainings including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR),' Somatic Experiencing Trauma Therapy, Ego States/Parts Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis and Therapeutic Enactment. I am always involved in professional development and have completed trainings in Advanced Gottman couples Therapy, Advanced Bader Pearson couples therapy, Reiki, Qigong, Mindful Resonance, Grief and Loss and family constellations.

Summary
We provide brief, depth PTSD/trauma psychotherapy using an integrative approach to help clients overcome feeling hunted, trapped, blocked, guilty, shameful, insignificant, desperate, or defeated. Clients learn skills to process grief, losses, anger and memories of traumatic events. They also learn to manage, reduce and eliminate hypervigilance, hyperarousal, flashbacks, nightmares, fears, panic attacks, depression, anxiety and avoidance behaviours. We help clients understand and resolve underlying issues that may keep them discouraged, stuck, confused, and unable to achieve their goals.
