Adele is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and is currently completing a master's degree in clinical social work, specializing in trauma recovery. She is also an instructor in the Numinus psychedelic-assisted therapy training program. Adele works with clients who are seeking support with a range of issues and life circumstances. Her counselling work is attuned to safety and is informed by various psychotherapeutic modalities including somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, traditional healing practices, DBT, ACT, CBT, and therapeutic writing.
