I am an experienced, licensed counsellor who believes that the therapeutic relationship is based on equality; you are the expert of your life and I may have some ideas that you haven't considered. I believe it is never too late to make positive changes to help us live our best life.
I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to talk about what is troubling you. We will work together to help you with your goals. It would be a privilege to be able to help you on your journey.
