Description
I graduated with honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and also have my certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. My treatment philosophy: I use a variety of techniques to help my patients including manual joint manipulation, acupuncture and a range of soft tissue release techniques, including instrument-assisted soft tissue. I combine these techniques with rehab exercises and lifestyle education to improve function, decrease pain and help you move better. I look forward to helping you feel your best.
