After being a chiropractor for 30 years I feel blessed to be part of a profession that helps people reach their full potential and do things they never thought possible. When I was a teenager I was in a really bad car accident that caused me daily neck pain and spasms. I went to my doctor and the only option available was to take pain killers. Earlier that year my mother had fallen from a ladder and broker her shoulder and was told by her orthopedic surgeon that she would never be able to lift her arm again.

- In University I was always fascinated by natural medicine and knew I wanted to work with people. My original dream was to be a dentist, but through my experience and mentoring from my chiropractor I decided to enroll in Chiropractic College. I was and still am fascinated by the body’s ability to heal itself and how chiropractic allows your body to function better and unleash this healing power.

Summary
At our office we create an atmosphere where families feel at home. We want kids to have fun and enjoy their experience in our office. For these reasons we have a large kids’ play area, and a fish tank which many parents have to pry their children away from to leave. We provide care mainly in an open concept room. We find this type of set up works well for families, and helps to create a relaxing healing environment. However, patients do always have the option to receive care in a private room setting if uncomfortable with the open concept room.
