Dr. Stephanie is an Ontario native drawn to the water! After falling in love with everything the west coast had to offer, she knew pursuing her career in the Okanagan was the right choice. She is an an avid learner and has explored many seminars to expand her knowledge base for her patients. These include BIRTHFIT, ART (Active Release Technique), DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization- in women’s health, paediatrics, exercise and yoga), among many more. She is passionate about women’s health; including prenatal and postpartum care. Although she loves treating a variety of the population.
