Description
Dr. Kristina’s evidence-based practice includes a wide range of passive and active therapies to get you feeling better, sooner. She incorporates spinal manipulation, mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture and cupping. A large part of her treatment plan includes getting you moving with the appropriate rehab exercises. She strongly believes in the philosophy that “motion is lotion”! Growing up she played competitive basketball and was always a very active individual, which led her to becoming a rehab clinician. Her hobbies include cooking, exploring restaurants, and travelling.
