Dr. Thomas graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo. He is a passionate educator and believes in a holistic approach to healthcare. Dr. Thomas understands the unique needs that each patient brings and will always tailor treatments to address the individual’s specific case. Some of the methods he employs to do so include spinal and joint adjusting/mobilization, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, myofascial release, cupping and functional movement screening. Furthermore, his experience working with patients diagnosed with osteoarthritis, stenosis, disk herniations and sciatica allows him to provide evidence-based treatments that empower patients towards their own recovery.
