Description
Growing up in a big family I was always active in sport and competition. As a teenager I suffered an injury that pushed me to rehab my right knee. This experience gave me a feeling like no other and I wanted to share it with the world. My efforts in the gym led me to become a personal fitness trainer. Once I finished my degree at McMaster I went to Chiropractic College to better my healthcare skill set. Today I focus on helping every patient I see find ways to help themselves in their own fitness goals and rehabilitation needs.
