Description
Dr. Petersen has a keen interest in athletics and family wellness-based care. Her specialties include manual adjusting, soft tissue techniques, Shockwave therapy, Activator and Sigma-Pro instrument techniques (gentle low-force techniques used to improve joint function and decrease pain). Her mission is to help improve people's health and wellness through evidence-informed chiropractic care and advice. She began seeing a chiropractor in Calgary when she was a member of the Canadian Junior National Luge Team. She found relief from her injuries as well as improvement in her sport.
