Dr. Rachel completed her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and her degree in Kinesiology at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. Dr. Rachel enjoys collaborating with her patients to get them back to enjoying their favourite activities. As a runner herself, Dr. Rachel enjoys working with runners on their running goals. She uses manual therapy techniques like spinal manipulative therapy, soft tissue therapy and exercise when working with her patients.
