Dr. Alexa is a recent chiropractic graduate. She uses a variety of techniques including Diversified, Activator and Drop-Assisted adjusting, joint mobilizations, and soft tissue work such as trigger point therapies, cupping, guasha, and targeted stretches and strengthening exercises. She uses a patient-centered approach along with evidence-based practices to meet individual goals and ensure the best possible outcomes for each patient.
