Description
Dr. Youlton utilizes traditional hands-on adjusting techniques to treat her patients. She applies Active Release Technique to muscle restrictions, and includes rehabilitative exercise with her care, as well as other specialized chiropractic treatment techniques to ensure her patients are receiving the best care possible. As a former competitive and national athlete in track and field, volleyball, and gymnastics, Carly adopts a functional approach to health by emphasizing the importance of muscles and joints working in synergy for complete musculoskeletal health.
