Description
Dr. Ian Ledger graduated with a D.C. (Doctor of Chiropractic) from CMCC in Toronto in 1989. He has subsequently fulfilled the requirements for acupuncture, Dry needling (GTT), Active Release Techniques (ART), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), kettle bells (HKC), and Kinesiotaping. He has also taken courses on motor control and stabilization from Dr. Stuart McGill, Dr. Chris Powers and Dr. Craig Liebenson. Dr. Ledger believes in a multidisciplinary approach to finding the appropriate treatment for each patient.
