My passion for overall health and wellness led me to chiropractic. I use many techniques including manual mobilizations and massage, targeted active exercises, and lifestyle recommendations to work with you to reach your wellness goals. Patient centered care is a priority to me, meaning every appointment is about you, your needs, and comfort level. I'm certified in the Webster technique, which gives me the skills and knowledge to treat pregnant and post-partum patients. My commitment to lifelong learning includes continuing my education in the pediatric and women’s health field.
