Dr. Bar attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College after receiving a degree in Physical Education at McMaster University. He has worked both as a solo practitioner and in a multi-disciplinary setting where he has come to appreciate the value of a team effort when dealing with patient health issues. He has also seen firsthand the innate ability of the body to heal itself if given the chance, and has spent his time helping to maximize patient health naturally, using spinal mobilizing techniques, exercise and dietary changes to allow the patient to best help themselves.
