Our team consists of talented Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, & Personal Trainers dedicated to making you feel better. We use an integrated approach that promotes optimal health & fitness. We treat musculoskeletal injuries for athletic and non-athletic injuries. All of our treatments are hands-on and use advanced soft tissue therapy, rehab exercises, & dry needling. Our personal training consists of a comprehensive approach that includes both therapist and trainer. We deliver results by offering customized plans for each client. - Dr. Chohan holds an Honours B.A. from the University of Ottawa, Doctor of Chiropractic degree, complete with Dean’s list and Clinical Honours, from CMCC, as well as a certificate in Neurofunctional Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. Dr. Chohan has been trained in several other disciplines, including: Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Complete Concussion Management, Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, Titleist Performance Institute, and Integrated Therapeutics.
