    I am Dr. Nathalie and I am an evidence based practitioner. I have experience in post injury rehab, acupuncture, and soft tissue techniques. I have certification in acupuncture through McMaster University and formal chiropractic education from D’Youville University. I provide SMT, soft tissue, fascial techniques, cupping, active release and acupunctures  I have a background in powerlifting, swimming and outdoor sports. I firmly believe that movement and a positive attitude are paramount to getting my patients feeling better, so that they can autonomy over their health. I look to make
