Description
Brad completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He is a graduate of Brock University, where he started his journey as a team trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. Since then, he has worked with various athletic teams including lacrosse, football and soccer. Brad has coached all levels as a strength coach, from the weekend warriors to professional athletes, and everyone in between. Brad is also a Functional Mobility Specialist and strongly believes in optimizing human performance by focusing on joint health, longevity & function
