Kristy practices a patient-centered model, which values multidisciplinary care and focuses on overall patient health. During her studies, she developed a passion for endurance sports and enjoys educating athletes while implementing effective strategies to improve her patient’s performance goals. In addition to comprehensive care, Kristy is committed to athletic injury prevention, finding solutions to help her patients improve their over-all athletic performance. Kristy has worked extensively as an Athletic Therapist for a variety of competitive teams and events.
