Through his education and personal experiences, Riley has gained an in-depth understanding of how the human body functions and what stressors it best responds to. Playing competitive sports throughout his life, including high-level hockey, physical activity has always been a priority for Riley. This led him to obtain certifications in sports science human performance, and whole-food nutrition. It is also evident in his treatment style where he emphasizes assessing how the body is moving and implements therapeutic exercises, strength training and functional movements.
