Dr. Ahmed Mustafa graduated from Palmer West in San Jose California. Dr.Mustafa uses a diversified approach, he has a special interest in soft tissue release using a variety of methods and techniques to help improve mobility using ART (Active Release Therapy) as well as cupping, taping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM). Dr. Mustafa grew up playing various sports and realizes the importance of movement and having an active lifestyle. He played ice hockey competitively and currently coaches a U18 ice hockey team.
