Description
I’m a big believer in keeping active and staying fit but I know that some days it means simply ensuring MVMT into my daily routine. When I was younger, I played organized sports and did activities that kept me moving - everything from softball to competitive bowling! Because life is all about balance. Which is why I’m still incorporating MVMT into my daily life such as sweating through a workout or walking my dog and I love sharing that philosophy with my patients to help them find balance too.
