Movement Patterns is a hybrid gym and clinic helping you move with skill and pain free. Our clinic provides chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture, stretch therapy, and rehabilitation. Our gym provides programs in Muay Thai, Boxing, Jiu Jitsu and a all females Muay Thai Program.

I have been going to Dr. Washington for years! He's an amazing chiropractor. He knows exactly what you need, and explains what your body is feeling/going through every time you have pain. His bedside manner, and treatment is beyond anything else I've experienced and it's what keeps me coming back! Grateful to him and the ENTIRE team at Movement Patterns!
