I take an integrative approach involving three components in chiropractic care: 1. Treating the problem with a specific diagnosis and, if needed, any necessary imaging. 2. Strengthening/stretching the areas of involvement brings stability and reduced pain. 3. Avoiding and/or modifying offending activities. I have completed numerous continuing education courses during my practice and am now certified in Acupuncture and Dry Needling/Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS). I treat musculoskeletal conditions using manual therapies such as spinal adjustments, myofascial release, exercise, Kinesiotaping.
