About 

Dr. White has worked as an injury prevention consultant to companies such as Air Canada, Amazon, the city of Etobicoke, Honda and Toyota.  He has a wealth of training and experience intreating athletes, including world ranked athletes, as well as the weekend warrior and senior athlete.  He utilizes several soft tissue and muscle techniques such as active release technique (ART), myofascial release, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy and mobilization stretches.
