Description

Dr. Lett completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree at McMaster University, followed by four years at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic.

Dr. Lett completed additional courses in custom orthotic therapy and kinesiology taping, and is a FMT certified RockTape Doc, having received certification in Fascial Movement Taping. She has extensive clinical experience treating a wide range of conditions, and also provides chiropractic care for patients during their pregnancies.

We use a combination of treatment techniques including education, hands-on techniques (manual therapy) and exercise to maximize your recovery. Our goal is to give you the tools to take an active role in recovery preventing reoccurrence and optimizing function.
