Tamara has a keen interest in sports medicine and biomechanics. She has worked with various teams, athletes, and associations at all levels over the course of her career. Tamara utilizes ART (Active Release Techniques), Graston and FAKTR instrument-assisted soft-tissue therapies, shockwave, Kinesio tape and spinal manipulative therapy to optimize patient outcomes. Her passion for performance and recovery focuses on the body's ability to move, heal and optimize itself. Tamara's passion is to help individuals maintain and enjoy a healthy, active, pain free lifestyle.
