My approach to care is mainly about working with you in order to help you understand your pain and ultimately get back to moving and doing the things that you love. Pain is complex and your own personal experiences with it shape how it impacts your life. I like to get a good understanding of exactly how your pain, weaknesses, or any limitations are impacting your life and keeping you from living your life to its fullest and doing what you want to do. I will help you to understand the complexities of your own pain so that you can understand it, overcome it & ultimately conquer it!

Facility Information
KH Movement
Summary
My practice is largely focused around movement and rehab as well as helping you understand pain. In order to offer good rehab and care, I have outfitted the facility with a weight room complete with a large array of dumbbells, bands, a cable machine, squat + bench press racks, deadlift platforms, and turf. There is also a private treatment room for hands on work, education, and assessments. The space is suitable for anyone from older adults trying to make going up the stairs easier to athletes rehabbing an injury and trying to get back to peak performance!
