I like people and I am passionate about patients’ orthopaedics, health and wellness. I aim to provide expert diagnoses and treatment programs to establish long lasting recoveries. By thoroughly explaining the nature of problems, advising on how to avoid future ones and prescribing exercise, I feel that I positively impact patients’ long-term health trajectories. I am also enthusiastic about core flexibility. I teach CoreFlex©, a 15-minute core flexibility and strengthening program. Scientific evidence suggests that having core flexibility slows spinal degeneration and arthritis.
