Emily completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from the University of Western States. Her areas of expertise include conducting thorough history and physical exams, performing fundamental movement screenings and assessments, and providing chiropractic manual manipulation, including drop table and activator adjustments. She is skilled in manual and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and therapy, such as active release techniques, cupping, and IASTM tools.
