Dr. Monica’s interest in chiropractic began at a young age when she experienced the benefits of chiropractic care. She knew she had found her purpose in life! Dr Monica has completed additional certifications including: - Chiropractic Biophysics - Webster technique (pregnancy) - Active release technique, upper limb certified (ART) – soft tissue techniques for muscle and fascia. - Chiropractic certification in spinal trauma (CCST) Dr. Monica recently moved to the Blue Mountain area with their 2 year old Australian Labradoodle Maggie. She has a love of cycling, skiing, camping and nutrition.

- Dr Monica is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor Degree in Science. She then completed her degree in Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
- Dr. Monica ran her own private Chiropractic clinic where she practiced personalized care for more than 20 years including educating her patients to increase their quality of life.

We are a multidisciplinary health office which offers chiropractic, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, custom orthotics and rehabilitation exercises. We are available seven days a week - some evening and weekends. Our clinic has been open since November of 2011 in the beautiful Horsehsoe Valley, Barrie. We treat special populations including children, seniors, pregnant women, and elite athletes. We are patient focused and look forward to helping you.
