Dr. Dana Hames earned her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. As an evidence-based chiropractor, Dr. Hames uses current research, patient values and clinical experience to thoroughly assess, diagnose and provide individualized plans to her patients. She is a strong believer in exercise as medicine and incorporates rehabilitative and functional exercises into every plan. She also uses various treatment techniques, including chiropractic adjustments, mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, modalities and education.
